Clifton — Seamless 6-Inch Gutters & Leaf Guards
Complete gutter replacement with 6-inch seamless aluminum, hidden hangers, and micro-mesh leaf guards on a heavily-treed lot.
The homeowner's existing 5-inch gutters were undersized for the roof area and constantly overflowed into the soffits — leading to fascia rot. With a heavily-treed lot, debris was another ongoing problem.
We fabricated new 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters on-site, installed hidden hangers every 24 inches, added 3x4 downspouts for improved flow, and finished with a micro-mesh leaf guard system.
Post-install water test confirmed proper pitch and flow. Fascia replacement at two corners was done at the same visit to stop the rot before it spread.
