- When do I get paid?
- After the referred customer's project is completed and paid in full. Most rewards are processed within 30 days of project completion.
- What if my friend already got a quote from you?
- As long as you submit the referral before they sign a contract, you're credited. If in doubt, submit now — we'll sort it out on our end.
- Can I refer a commercial property or landlord?
- Yes — commercial referrals are eligible for the large-project tier ($500) when they result in completed work.
