Paterson — James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding Replacement

The vinyl on this Paterson two-family was cracked, faded, and pulling away at multiple corners. The owner wanted a material that would hold up for decades — not another 15-year cycle.

We removed the vinyl, replaced 40 linear feet of damaged sheathing, installed new house wrap integrated with all windows, and finished with James Hardie fiber cement in Iron Gray and PVC trim at corners and around windows.

Cleaner street appearance, no more seams, and a material that won't need to be touched for 30+ years.
