Clifton — Chimney Rebuild & Crown Replacement

This chimney had failing joints, a cracked crown, and a missing cap — three of the four most common chimney leak sources in one structure.

We rebuilt the chimney from the roofline up with matching brick, Type N mortar appropriate for the 1940s masonry, poured a new concrete crown with a proper overhang and drip edge, and installed a stainless cap with spark arrestor.

Step flashing was re-integrated with the roofing at the same visit so the entire waterproof envelope was addressed in one job.
