AIDA Project

Full home assessment + prioritized improvement program.

The AIDA Project is how we work with homeowners who want to improve their entire property over time — not just patch the leak this week. We start with a complete home assessment covering roofing, siding, masonry, drainage, and the building envelope. We then build a prioritized plan with budgets, sequencing, and a realistic timeline.

Most homes have interconnected issues — a failing chimney feeds water behind the siding, worn flashings push moisture into the masonry, blocked drainage undermines foundations. Fixing them in the wrong order wastes money. AIDA gets the sequence right.

The AIDA Project isn't a sales tool — it's a document you keep. If you want us to execute the plan, we do. If you want to take the plan elsewhere, it's yours. Our goal is to make sure your home gets fixed correctly, once.

When to call us

Signs you need AIDA

Catch these early and AIDA repairs stay simple — ignore them and you're paying for interior damage on top of the exterior fix.

  • Recently purchased an older home

Homes past 30-40 years typically have interconnected issues that weren't addressed during sale. AIDA identifies everything at once so you can plan upgrades strategically instead of reactively.

  • Several contractors have given conflicting advice

If three contractors gave three different stories about your roof, chimney, and siding, AIDA provides an independent assessment with priorities — and you keep the plan regardless of who executes.

  • Planning a multi-year improvement budget

If you're thinking in 3- or 5-year horizons instead of 'fix it this weekend,' AIDA gives you the sequence and budget framework to plan confidently.

  • Previous contractor left work unfinished or poor-quality

Homes where previous work created more problems than it solved benefit most from a top-down reassessment. AIDA sees the whole picture and the hidden damage shortcut contractors leave behind.

  • Visible moisture issues across multiple systems

If you see stains, rot, or dampness in multiple places, the problems are usually connected — failing chimney feeds water behind siding, bad drainage undermines foundation. AIDA traces the chain.

  • Considering a major renovation or addition

Before committing to a kitchen remodel or addition, AIDA tells you whether the envelope can support the investment — or whether exterior repairs need to happen first to protect the interior work.
